Weekend Retreats
These are held at East Sussex National Hotel, Uckfield, East Sussex.

The cost for 2026 is £455 per person (if sharing a room), or £560 per person (for single occupancy). This includes all yoga classes (10 hours over the 3 days), accommodation, all meals, and use of indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna steam Please contact me to book your place. A £50 non-refundable deposit is required.
Yoga Intensives
Weekend Yoga Intensive, held at

21st and 22nd March 2026
10am until 4pm each day. £120
Four Day Summer Yoga Intensive, held at
Speldhurst Village Hall
27th until 30th August 2026
930am until 3pm each day. £220
Sunday Therapy Classes
I teach a three hour therapy class once a month on a Sunday morning. These are held in the main hall at Speldhurst village hall, 10am-1pm.
